That's a beautiful instrument, Anfontan. :)

Thanks Zaphod, the landscaping behind it helps the photo too, its in my back yard actually.

I got it in a little music store about an hours drive from my home, it called to me as it seemed. I played it for quite a while, I was back at opening time the next day because I knew I'd regret it if I missed out on that guitar. I traded a Dean guitar for it, I never liked the Deans wide"V" shaped headstock-it was a pain in a crowded stage area when gigging.
I was told it belonged to a preacher that traded it for an acoustic-the Sheraton & amp were too heavy for him: thus the name I call it 'the Reverend'! :D

To Yeshua'sFan...

Do you mean to imply that a guitar player might have an over-inflated ego????
Never heard of such a thing. Now, a drummer...that would be a different story.

lol

You tell me if there's an ego problem.
Example 1:
When my wife and I moved 350 miles away so I could attend graduate school--this bozo couldn't be bothered to come visit us because "there aren't any country music shows around there." Actually there were several--what he meant was there weren't any shows there that would allow him to walk on stage and try to take over for the night.
Example 2:
When this part of the country had severe flooding in 1993, he was asked to play at a local fundraiser for flood relief and refused unless they guaranteed him a couple of hundred dollars as payment for the use of his "sound equipment" (a 25-year old Kustom PA with the roll'n'tuck naugahyde covering).
The group putting on the fundraiser persuaded a local music shop to donate the use of a state-of-the-art sound system for the event.

Do I think this is typical of guitarists? Having played for my own enjoyment (and hopefully the enjoyment of others) for over 35 years, both as a solo "act" and in ensembles of varying types, my experience leads me to believe my brother-in-law is just being a jerk.

i have one and play in an indie band.

really really good buy. 350 with case...no scratches or dents.
