Who makes envelope followers effects for pro audio or how can u hook up envelope followers up to pedals or effects that don't have the CV input or modulation input

how can i see up my Sends and Returns to act like envelope followers to external effects please?

How can i layer envelope follower effects so they SWEEP different parameters when a level is detected
 
Whats the difference between a envelope follower VS a Gate thresold parameter?

I know a Envelope follower has a thresold level for detecting a signal so its like a Gata thresold right? but a envelope follower also can "sweep" a parameter or TURN ON a effect and TUNR off a effect right?

Yes but i need a standalone envelope follow so i can use it as a gate to turn ON and OFF effects and sweep a parameter a digital enveloope follower box
 
I've done all kinds of fun stuff with envelope followers in Reaktor. For example modulating the pitch of GrainCloud Delay... or creating simple ring modulators and modulating the pitch of the modulator sine wave. Or... driving distortions using envelope followers, either tracking them in positive direction or in reverse... the reverse is particularly interesting where you get more distortion with low signals and less distortion with louder signals... works well with drums. But then again, pretty much anything with envelope followers work well with drums.
 
How can u use a rack mount Compressors Key input,send inputs,return inputs has a envelope follower?

I put a phaser pedal in the send input and return input can the compressor act like a envelope follower?

What else can u use a envelope follower for with drums? or what can a envelope follower be controlling? or sweeping parameters?

You can't, its a compressor. You need an envelope follower.

The Mooger Foogers can act as CV devices, but it sounds like you need to spent some serious software money, instead.
 
which software can processes audio waveforms or recorded waveforms using layered envelope followers?

Which software using alot of envelope followers ?

I would like to put a envelope follower on each of my drum and cymbals which software can have 10 or 12 envelope followers layered?

I use mine mostly for bass synth effects. I think they suck on guitar and never tried them on drums. Clavs sound good with them, IMO. I'm simple and just use the presets.

He's just a guy who is always looking for solutions for which there are no problems.

He's also someone who in 20 monnts on this board has asked almost 600 questions on advanced topics like enevlope followers but possibly not ever provided a single even basic answer for anybody else.

He's what back when I was in sales we'd call a "stroke".

The reason I ask is because it seems he's asking questions where answers are already provided (for example he asked a question on software, right after my Reaktor post).... which leads me to think that he just asks questions, just because, and never reads the answers. Which sort of seems like something a bot would do.
