I have this kit listed on ebay at 250.00 minimum 1000.00 retail
Includes Audiowerk8 PCI card, Logic Audio 3.0 and Logic Audio Platinum, Cool Edit Pro LE, both PC and Mac compatible.
In perfect condition. used for about 9 months. This is a good buy for someone just getting started and does'nt want to spend a fortune.

OK, I'm interested but I'm new to trying to do some home recording. What type of comupter will I need to install this equipment on? I haven't bought one yet, I'm waiting to match it to whatever equipment I end up with.

Tell me more about this equipment or guide me to you sale on ebay.
 
how about $50?

and the street price new is $349if anyone carries them anymore....... ....but i think Guitar Center closed them out REALLY cheap recently.......
 
Gidge...thanks for the link. I just got back from their site and it seems like it would be good stuff. Any idea on the quailty?
 
I installed some of those cards about 2 years ago in some schools who were looking for a non expensive but decent audio card.
To make it short - its a good deal and sounds pretty good. Also consider the software package, it is worth it for somebody who wants to upgrade from a soundblaster to a more serious card, but is low on cash.

I do still have it, the reserve was not met on ebay and the auction ended.
The card is in perfect condition, no problems.
It's a complete recording package with Logic Audio platinum, Cool edit pro, and VMR.

The reason I said the retail is 1000 bucks is because of the software included.
I will also give you support for install, etc... as Im very familiar with this package.

Audiowerk8? I've got it laying around here someplace and if I could get $50 for all the stuff I'd be happy.
 
put it on ebay...it seems they are getting over $100 for them.....
 
Wow, 100 clams for audiowerk8? I've gotta learn the ebay shuffle. How about a soundblaster live drive setup, got one of those too.
 
heeeeeelp.. i launch VMR and i get "failed to create empty document".. can anyone help me please?
