I'm about to convert my garage into a home studio - getting the builders in to do it right. Problem is the main fuse board for the whole house is in the garage and I suspect that it will give off a lot of interference to equipment in the same room. Any ideas on how I could shield the fuse box - without tearing it out or moving it to another location within the house (not an option)... ? Or is this even likely to be a problem at all???
Thanks

But my old studio was in the same room as the panel, and I had no troubles. Why not try an experiment and see? Your gear is shielded (well it should be, anyway), so just follow standard practices like keep your gear on the same circuit (but lights on another circuit), wire the studio with star grounding, I would expect that you would be fine.
