Gerg, your song failed... looks like half the country is moving to Canada now.

Lol, um, no. I don't do anything with latin breakdowns or play music for hippies.Stuff you can apply to your own music? like maybe you got a break down that needs a nice latin beat. So, you look it up and do a punk rock approach to it and the hippies will be "like far out man".
I LOVE ELECTION DAY... AND JUST CANT WAIT TO SEE THE LIBERALS EYES AND EARS WHEN THEY GET BEAT![]()

Thanks Ray. Yeah the bass was a fun rip roaring good time on this one.Greg,
Ace track - everything well played - the basslines are BONZA mate!
I loath party politics. I know wherever two people are gathered there is politics but the "sign on for the full package" political party is the worst thing about democracy - it prevents elected representatives from being representative. These days so many in Oz are straight from uni to the party machine to local member to parliamantary sectretary courtesy of some bovver faction or other to whom they owe loyalty for eternity that the reps have to bow and scrape to everyone but their constituancy whom they only consider at election time when the drag up some "core values" issue to mire the waters.
BUT
Your song is a breath of fresh flatulance to those of that persuasion on both sides of the animal dictionary that is US politics.
Fun tune. Nice toppy snare sound. Great ending - really makes the song.
I'm sick of your election too, and I don't even live there
Dogman,
Why Canada - it's a soicialist state in comparison to the US? Wouldn't that be the last place the refugees would run to?
Well Americans like to complain and are generally fat, stupid, and lazy. The sore losers in the election game like to say "they're leaving" after their team loses. It happens every election - like any of this shit actually matters. No one is actually gonna leave, but they like to posture like they will. They're the same people that say shit like "you don't like it here? then get the fuck out!" Canada is conveniently located and they can still eat all the fried cheese they want (fat) and not have to learn a new language (stupid/lazy).![]()
LLol. You are a complete and total moron)
Yeah Gerg said it best...they want to leave, but not go too far.Well Americans like to complain and are generally fat, stupid, and lazy. The sore losers in the election game like to say "they're leaving" after their team loses. It happens every election - like any of this shit actually matters. No one is actually gonna leave, but they like to posture like they will. They're the same people that say shit like "you don't like it here? then get the fuck out!" It's like when Paul Daniels threatened to leave the UK if Labour got in power. So everyone dutifully voted Labour to get rid of him, but he didn't leave.
I look forward to hearing your song later, Greg.
What cracks me up about our two-party joke of a political process and the morons that follow it is how stupid and backwards the general public are. We got poor, dumb, white-trash morons in the south voting republican, and filthy rich celebrities voting democrat. That's totally backwards. The republicans use God and country pander to the social and political ignorance of dumb poor whites while raping their very socioeconomic status, and the democrats pander to the faux sensibilities of the rich celebs, who also control the poor dumb people. There's not one solid, sensible, or rational reason for a member of America's low or middle class to support republicans, yet many do. There's not one solid, sensible, or rational reason for anyone wealthy to support a democrat. Everyone is so stupid. It truly is like team sports. People just choose a side, based on their upbringing or regional affiliation, and stick with it no matter what.

Anyway. Your mix is once again excellent.
Politics is broken.
I'd be willing to discuss paying you to do drums for some of my songs if you're interested, Greg.
So I'm guessing that "no-hopey, no-changey thing" didn't work out too well for ya yesterday then?
Good mix as usual Greg - I'm hearing a little more NOFX era punk and a little less Ramones era punk this time around. I initially wondered whether the vocals were a little high, but I've played it through a couple of times and revised my opinion - the instrumental segue works great too man.
I positive repped him by mistake. I meant to do the opposite. Someone get that guy!!!!
