Hey folks. I'm looking for a good programmable drum machine to add to my setup for live use. I'm looking for something that i can create different patterns(on the unit or thru midi) and switch them in real time while performing. Something like what you can do on yamaha psr keyboards with styles(intro, fill 1, fill 2, etc.) It needs to have decent drum sounds, or preferably be able to load wav files. I could do this with an mpc, but that's way out of my price range. Is there anything sub $500 that i can accomplish this task with? I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!
