Drum miking scheme-opinions?

Well, first, here is what I have, so suggestions like "well, you should get a stereo pair of blah, blah, blah" are not really useful, seeing as I my budget is pretty much used.
I have an AKG D112 on the kick (near outside, top left) and two sm57s as overhead (XY).
Now here's what I wanna know.
My other 2 mics are: an inexpensive Audix dynamic (OM2) and a Shure KSM27.
Any suggestion on where to put them? I was thinking: KSM on snare (-15dB pan ON) and the Audix on the the floor tom/ride cymbal. OR vice-versa.
I am pretty much set on what I should do with the other 3, but if you have a better suggestion on those, please feel free!

I agree with scrubs. I'd tight mic the snare and toms with the 57s and put the KSM 27 overhead and play with its position till the kit sounds balanced through it. And the D-112 on kick positioned to taste.
 
How's bout the other mics?

I have to agree with Scrubs here too. Don't worry about close miking anything if you don't need to. Mono OH can sound great, too.
 
and you can get some stereo image with the toms (sm57), no?
 
I'd mic the top and bottom of the snare with the 57s

and put that ksm27 overhead, directly over the snare drum about 3 feet pointed straight down at the center of the drum.

not sure what to do with that audix mic. Not sure what it sounds like, maybe see how it sounds on the floor tom or close mic the ride cymbal.

the d112 and 57s should capture your kick and snare wonderfully. I've never used the 27 as an overhead but I could imagine it sounding pretty good.
