Finally going to record my kit for the first time, and I have a load of mic's lying around; just want to know which mic will be best for which drums!

Here's the list:
1x Kick drum mic (Based on D112)
2x SM58's
1x SM58 Replica
1x Sure C606
2x Audio Technica ATM33a Pencil Condensers

I also have a Behringer B2 Condenser, and a Focusrite Penta Preamp (Fantastic sounding preamp with compression etc)

Of course i'l be using the D112 for the kick and the Pencils for OVH, but what will be best for the tom's and snare and also which would be the best combination for getting an 'even' sound?

I also have a question regarding OVH mic position. As I dont have two mic stands, is there any mic positioning that could be used to record the cymbals maybe from in-front of the kit or the sides?

Let me know what you think guys!

Thanks in advance,
TM
