DP-32SD Firmware Update issue - "Error ... Product"

I've attempted to update firmware with the latest version (110) four times with the same result. I've followed the Tascam-provided instructions on firmware updating, but instead of the firmware being installed and subsequently receiving a message stating "Complete", the firmware is not installed and I receive a message that contains only the words "ERROR" (top of screen) and "PRODUCT" (middle of screen).
Any help / ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I was under the impression that the latest firmware update for the specific model DP-32SD is: 1.06 (released on 10/30/18).

I just looked - and the latest firmware update for the original DP-32 (non "SD" model number) is 1.10.

This is almost certainly your problem.

Yes, you are correct ... and THAT was my problem. Downloaded and installed 1.06 and all went well.
