There is about 85% separation between members who post ONLY in the Cave and those who NEVER post there. There are people in there who don't post about anything related to recording any more ............ like me, for example. :)

As someone who has to filter through a dozen or two PM's daily, I have to disagree with that... I don't have the time nor the energy to answer everyone's specific questions. That's what forums are all about - A community of help.

THAT BEING SAID - If you're hoping that a particular person might come along to comment on a particular subject, a PM inviting them to do so isn't always a bad thing.
 
When all else fails....ask Light, if he don't know then there isn't an answer.

Never, ever say "Just kidding," especially in The Cave. If you need that level of reassurance or civility, go to the other place.
 
If you post in the mp3\mixing clinic, review others material first if you expect to get reviewed.
It dosent matter if You dont know much about recording, just say what you like and dislike, you might learn to listen to music in a new found way.

and yes give dogman beers and lots of it.
