Marking my territory
The other night, I put down what I considered was a good song. I took me ages to get the guitar parts right but I eventually did. I then set about writing lyrics aided by a refreshing New Zealand beer. Anyway, the wife was out at her works Christmas do and when she came back she felt like singing (again with a refreshing New Zealand beer). When I woke up the next morning, I realised that I had inadvertently recorded the missus over a part of the guitar track which had taken me ages to get right.
So I hooked up the USB cable to my laptop and went through all the "undeleted" tracks and lo and behold I found the original guitar track. So, using WAV manager, I backed up the song and copied the guitar track to the folder I had created for the back up, deleted the corrupted track and rename the guitar track to "tr01.wav" and then imported back to the MR8. All fixed!
The wife gets up and says " you didn't record me singing last night did you?". And being the gallant husband, I said that I hadn't.... Aren't I good?

PS Did I mention that I have got one of the rarer RED Mr8s ?
