Dongle Crack for SX 2

You people need to relax. All your whining and stupid system crashing jokes are tiresome. As long as there is expensive software, there will be those who steal it. Just dont respond.

I have a licensed copy of SX and have been an owner since 4.2.

I also follow software piracy news with a keen eye.

With that being said, check this stupid logic out. Steinberg deserves to get ripped off. Stenie's actually went out to all known dongle crackers (H20 ect) and offered them free licenses (FOR LIFE) if they did not crack sx3. So far no crack exists. However, as far as crime not paying, thats simply not true. The people who should have been caught, got the software for free, while we paidfor it. If you can crack sx3, go for it, chances are you will get a free license for life. This is NO joke.

Don't know where you get your info but it's bogus. There are sx3 dongle cracks all over the net and it's not looking like anyone is getting a free license for life. Look at it from a krackers point of view..~^oo^~. you don't need a license if you can crack the code.

I am reading this thread because I am considering going from Sonar to Cubase. However, one thing that makes me hessitate is the dongle. I have heard of people losing it. So I would very much want a dongle crack to protect my investment in case I switch to Cubase. Sonar is not copy protected and that is one of the reasons I chose it and have stayed with it, upgrading twice. I originally tested the first Cubase SX for comparison.
 
hehe cubase is a far off dream for me my colledge paid for fruity loops for me but... illd probably get kicked off the course if i asked for cubase

Have not been here for some time. But what an awakning to see all the words jumping back and forth. The old saying " Don't wrestle with a pig, cause you will just get all dirty and the pig will love it" seems to fit right into this discusion here. My 2 cents is if you can't afford to pay...then you can't play.

I think that Cubase and all other products are way too expensive, I know it is because piracy, but if your making music to barely to yourself, should it be more cheaper to use a program?. I heard some 80`s tale about some "reverb-production" made money just in case if it was used?
I think software should be free if you dont use it to make any money. Meaning: no radio play or other commercial play; no money making anyhow.
 
Exactly, things you don't use to make money should be free. My car, my guitars, my wife and more fulfill that criterion. So free!

BTW I have bought SX3, dongle and all, since I last visited this thread.
 
Hey, this has been interesting reading guys.
I originally had a cracked copy of SX but i just could not live with the idea i was cheating what £500 so i went out and bought SE (which by the way, is much simpler in my own eyes). Most of the people who are actually using cracked version of SX generally won't be particularly confident with it. So why not go out and buy SE. i bet if u are using cracked SX and then start using SE you will make much better recordings. now i no this does not apply to "real" SX users but it certainly does for the "fakes". And also i found that i would not "look after" my software or my songs in it, thinking 'its only a freebee'. But now i do with SE.

On a slightly different note. i bought one those dvds from ebay which is labelled something like, '1000 plugins and FX'. SHOCK! i wack it in and on it, there are all the mucho exspensive plugins, FX's and even software. What should i do. I will warn you i am not using any of the things on the dvd.

I personally think it's funny how half that people on this board probably have a piece of equipment that is trying to mimic or copy another piece of music equipment and somehow that is justifiable. I am about to buy a chandler tg2, a copy of an old emi pre. There are tons upon tons of neve copies out there. Is Rupert getting money for all those? I doubt it. And if these "copy" makers are paying royalty fee's then I guess my point is invalid. Why is this okay? Once something gets to a certain age is it then okay to steal it?

I'm not going to pass judgement or say anyone is right or wrong either way but this is just something that popped into my head while reading this thread.

well, i would find some really, really good plugins and consider buying them...
personally i have plenty of power in halion 2 and the cheap tau machines... my supernova does the rest..

lol... Don't be such an ignorant dick. It's at no loss to the manufacturer if someone like I used their software, cause I would never get it in the first place. I reap no benefits from doing so, (passing a course, making a demo, charging somebody, selling copies). My parents are pretty proud of me, thanks.

p.s. Keep in mind I'm now buying the software.

p.s.s. Actually fuck it, I know you're right. I just felt like argueing. I don't use "hacked", "cracked" software, only re-use demos. I don't see the problem there.
