Does your guitar have a name?

My Les Paul is known simply as Paul, mostly because of well the name of the guitar but also because I'm a huge beatles fan and I'm a left handed guitar play as is Paul M.
My Epiphone that looks like Clapton's blackie is just called "The Strat"
And my telecaster is known just as "Telecaster"
No Lucielle's or blackies or Lenny's or whatever here.

They collectively have a name when they're all in my way: "piece's of crap".

She looks like an Emily to me.....

It's just the vibe I got when I looked at her.... It was obviously, as you said, meant to be.

I had named a guitar after an ex once. Bad idea. I ran into the bitch and got into a fight with her. I was so mad when I got home that I took it out on her namesake and smashed that thing across the balcony....

Never again will I name one of my axes after a current or former girl (even though I am married.... you never can tell)....

" they all got wet when he smashed that thing
off in the dark you could hear somebody sing

Oh it breaks my heart to see those stars

Smashing a perfectly good guitar"

My 74 Les Paul Gold Tops Name

Of the few guitar I have the 74 Les Paul Gold Top is the only guitar I have named, its "Lester the Molester".

Yes. My Fernandes Reyna (acoustic) is called Fade because its color fades from opaque black on the outside and then into transparent black near the sound hole. My Fernandes Dragonfly X is called Gemini because its like the evil twin of Fade. Fade is used for more slow, melodic, and peaceful songs and Gemini is for total chaos. My Tanara/Alvarez Strat wannabe (first guitar) was called Old Crappy. Now, It has a new paint job and I call it New Crappy.

Some of mine are step children and haven't earned their names yet...the ones I love have names.

"Lil Witch" - Ibanez UV77MC
"Ernest" - Ernie Ball Music Man JPM
"Fat Lester" - Gibson Frampton Model
"Nasty Dorah" - Ibanez JEM 777
"Ruby" - A Red Ibanez Bass...don't know what model...don't care.

lol....That was last nights entertainment....It's good to be me...lol

My Faded SG is named Scarlet, and my Strat Ultra is called Blue.

Pretty original, aye?

Guitar is hard to make sound right. Nonetheless, I can molest the fvck out of a pan flute! Mine is aptly dubbed, Zeus.

Appellation Etymology: I can squeeze out around 420 notes a minute on this lil' puppy...

Ruhspect.
