Does Cubase SE3 support dual core processors?

I currently run Cubase SE3 and plan on assembling a new computer, so I need to get this shit clarified.

In Steinbergs feature comparison chart (http://www.steinberg.de/552_1.html) SE3 is listed as having "Dual processor support (incl. Hyperthreading)", but not having "Multi processor support (incl. DualCore and >2 phys. CPU)"

What does this really mean?

My knowledge on computers and computer hardware is severly lacking, so please try and keep this in simple terms.
 
IIRC, that includes dual core since even with HT, windows sees to physical cores and the multiprocessing is done on the HAL level

In other words, that means SE3 is able to utilise dual core processors?
 
Thanks, man. As i said - the technical aspect of computers is not my strongest side.
