Does cubase save a backup file for projects ? I erased it by mistake ...

I accidently saved an empty song over an existing one... Is there any backup file that Cubase generates automatically, somewhere on the disk ?

did you try to click "undo"? I don't know if it undoes saves or not, I have never had to try it. Probably too late for that suggestion anyways.

check in the audio pool, you will see the listing of all the files recorded since the arangement was started. It helps if you remember what track number.
OR you could just listen to each one.
