Okay let's say I want to make some absorption panels. What sort of material do I use? Foam? Fiberglass?

First of all the stuff you are looking for is not really 'rigid' it is more like 'semi-rigid'. It is not the 'fluffy' kind of batts that you see in home improvement stores.lizzie said:Now another question: On multiple posts people are asking where to get 'rigid' fiberglass. Point is, I don't live in america and in my petite country there probably aren't many company's selling the stuff and I haven't found one yet. So, could I use 'normal'? fiberglass of about 4,5 inches thick or rockwool of about 4 inches thick?
And over here stores also carry sound isolation panels of about some more than 1 inch thick, usuable for any purpose. Is there any use for those?
Where did you get that idea? What part of my reply gave any sort of negativity?I care ánd I understand, you somehow seem to have a negative attitude towards me. Any reason?
