hey... ive been curious about this. alot of studios have flat screen LCD monitors... do they cause the same hum/buzz that a larger tube monitor does (through guitar pickups and such?)
do "flat screen" LCD monitors cause hum like "tube" monitors?

Nowhere near as much as CRT, but some definately from a TFT/LCD. A poorly screened guitar can still pick up some noise.

I have a view sonic vg800............ no noise what so ever... thinking of adding more.... i wonder if i'll pick anything up then?
