It's not something that will be readily apparent, just go for it, it will probably be fine, like FV said.

Any impedance problems would be from combining the two signals with a Y cable, and is much more common when people plug two mics into the same channel. I wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah, combining a couple of line leve signals generally isn't going to mess you up too much.
