Hi I am having a small recording theatre with a system, Dj mixer mm-6 , Mics, Head phones. I am using adobe audition cs5.5 software and sound forge. but i have a problem. after the recording, my recording is dull and my vocal is not digitalized. so i need to know what to do to get digitalized my vocal and music, so please please help me to get benefited. please help me.tell me the details fully.

Not sure what you are looking for. "Digitalized" - once your recording is int he compute,r the sounds has been converted from analog to digital format. You don't reference what you are using for an audio interface - are you plugging into the line in or mic in on your computer soundcard? If so, your sound will suffer, so maybe this is the problem?

I suggest you read the two threads at the top of this section of the forum: The Ultimate Noobie FAQ thread and the Introduction to Computer Recording Thread.

I think you're going to need to get some help with framing your question. It's not making much sense at the moment. Obviously not a native English speaker... can you get any help with that?

I'm telling you - location should be mandatory in the bio of everyone! where are you located?

I think he means (this is the second time tonight that I've had to be a mind reader) that he voice sounds dissident, which means he isn't right up on his microphone and getting a lot of room sound.

I'm betting India, or close...:)

"I am having" is very common amongst the English-speaking Indians I talk to when my capitalist pigdog corporate employer outsources its IT development to India instead of paying ten times as much and employing locals...

I shouldn't whinge... it means they can employ me with the money they save... and it's all about me... :laughings:

"I am having..." has a lot in common with the recent vogue of adding ing to words thus rendering the sense as temporary as in "I'm loving it" as opposed to the more trad & probably more correct "I love it" The former suggest that the love may end in a moment whereas the latter suggests that the love is fairly constant. I blame Maccas for their "Loving it!" campaign.
Would the original poster please clarify the situation as the question isn't clear.
If you'e recorded into audition etc your voice would be digitized (digital audio in wav or similar format) but not converted to midi which is jsut a set of instructions for a midi capable instrument.
