Difference between Unbalanced 1/4'' and Instument cable?

Is there a difference between unbalanced 1/4'' and instument cables? Reason I am looking to home up some gear that is all way on the other side of the room to a mixer on the other. It has two unbalanced 1/4'' outs for left and right. I can't seem to find 25 or 30' dual 1/4'' to dual 1/4'', but i can find 30' instrument cables. Can't I just use two of those? Thanks for the help.

Instrument cable is 1/4 to 1/4 unbalanced cable. There is no difference.
