Has anyone been using this? I caught it on sale for $12 a couple weeks back and found it was helping to get mixes to translate to other systems better for me. However my biz partner had the opposite experience (he uses a very different setup than I do to record) and I'm curious as to if it's just our styles of mastering or if the quality of it aligns with certain mastering/mix bus chains.

I bought it too when it was $12 - I tried it out on a bunch of tracks - I didn’t find anymore useful than strapping an EQ on the track (which it is anyway) - the decisions it made were not ones I usually would of made.

Forgive me, but we get very grumpy about AI in music, yet we are happy to slap random plugin into our mixes to 'master' them? It also seems from comments in this section that they often don't work very nicely. If generating the music by AI is bad, then maybe the same applies to mastering. They analyse the audio, they do things. That's kind of AI too, isn't it?

We shouldn't confuse machine learning with AI. Machine learning has been around for a few decades. You have seen it everyday in the cars you drive, airplanes you fly in, the packages you get from (name your favorite online store).
