delta 1010 mods...

I called Black Lion Audio today to see about the black lion mod for the delta 1010....they no longer offer it....does anyone know of anyone else offering mods to the 1010??

what is a mod?
is it like some cool colors painted on the panel or is it electronics modification that makes the card special??

it is an electronics mod...I could splash a few colors on it myself if I thought it would sound better though...

Speaking of 1010's when did the $200 price increase happen?

May have to consider selling mine now since it's only used as a backup/

All over, Sweetwater, Zzounds etc. They were $399 for quite a long time. I bought mine originally for around $600 then there came a big price drop and it has been that way for years.

wow.. they have gone up in price. I got mine years ago for about $400. Now they're going for $599. You can still find them on ebay for around $400 though.

On the m-audio website it says the delta 1010 is PCI-X ready. Not sure if the old ones are PCI-X. That might be a difference.
