Cubase5 General Velocity Curve

In Cubase5,
how can we change the general velocity curve for all things used by the midi keyboard?

Right now I have to press down far too hard on my midi keyboard.

I've figured this out,
or at least how to do it for an individual track.

♦ Select the midi track
♦ Add the midi insert: "Midi Modifiers"
♦ Adjust the second option: "Vel. shift"
