Ay whats going on fellow engineers, producers, artist, and music heads!? I just have one question and dont worry....its not as complex as some of the others so I'm sure you guys should be able to handle this one with ease. Does Cubase allow you to modify and manipulate vocals better with their options of plug ins and fxs then Acid pro does??? The reason I've asked is because I've been using Acid Pro to capture all my vocals and do all my editing and mixing on for the past 4 years so I'm pretty familiar with it. Lately though I've noticed that there really arent many options to try and get the best sounding vocals possible (studio sounding) other then the few basic fx's (compression,Reverb, delay). I've kinda been getting hinted that Cubase is a better program then Acid Pro...especially when it comes to vocals (its more like protools). Hopefully you guys can help me out with your opinions and suggestions because there can only be room for one on my pc...either Acid Pro....or Cubase.....may the best program win!
