Cubase SX score font?

I have tried to read a midi track in score format - but all the notes instead of having a nice dot have some kind of wierd letter font?

I assume that I need a font of some kind downloaded and preferenced somehow??

I have read about this, it is not that uncommon. The first fix to try is to refresh your windows fonts by pressing F5.

If that doesn't do it you can search for the font, or lastly upload it from Steinberg, but try the F5 and see if that doesn't clear it up.

I went and looked at what I copied about that, and more specifically:

Open up Windows Explorer
Open the Windows\fonts folder (or Winnt\Fonts folder)
Press the F5 function key
Open up Cubase

That should do it. Let me know if it doesn't.
