Hey,

each time I record guitar in audio track, the metronome signal gets recorded with it. How is that possible ?
Please help.

Thanks !

yes....my friend...(i do turn off the metronome in my transport panel while listening what's recorded).....but i also disabled the onboard sound card in bios..........i only want to use my m-audio 24/96 card , which is connected to yamaha MG12/4 ....and yes i'm new and i'm not professonial in computer use............ thanks pirate for replaying........

Now that you mentioned the MG12/4 and M-Audio, I'm guessing you're monitoring through the mixer, which in turn is feeding your playback tracks right back in with your recorded track. Are you using the Main Outs to go to the M-Audio and two channels to come back from the M-Audio? If so, I think you should try the Tape In and Tape Out. Consider the computer as a tape machine in the analog realm. I think this will separate the playbacks from the recorded tracks.

But I am guessing here.

Good luck.
