now i'm a die hard acid/vegas user, but seeing how cubase LE came with my firepod i thought i'd give it a shot. now keep in mind i haven't completely gone through the user manual, but i thought i'd see if i could get an answer quicker here. in acid/vegas your able to take a wav file. plop in as a track. and grip on onside and drag it along creating a "loop" for as many measures as you would like.

now i would like to be able to do that in cubase LE, but it seems as if the closes thing to that is the copy and paste to fill loop. what's up with that? help?

Sorry Cubase does not do that.....You have to cut and paste :(

that sucks..... yet another reason why acid/vegas RULES!!!

In the Edit menu, choose Repeat. You can specify the number of repeats.

you just have to set your right and left locators to highlight the length of the loop then press edit - fill loop
