Cubase Le Question.

I have a Quick question regarding the Cutting Tool On cubaseLE . Is a There a Setting where i can use the tool to cut anywhere i want on the wav? as of now its only letting me do it for id say every other second? Any help is appreciated..

Is this near the Tool Bar?Only reason i ask is becuz im at work and dont have acess to Cubase...
