cubase LE - and mastering

Considering buying a Firepod. It comes bundled with Cubase LE. Does
LE have any mastering capabilities?
*finalyzing down to 2 tracks @ 16bit for CD?
*track sequence on CD?
I am trying to figure out what the big picture cost from upgrading from
a stand alone Roland Hardtrack recorder.

You could do some basic mastering (such as EQ, Dynamics, Limiting) with the tools provided in-box, but it'd be better to pick up a copy of Wavelab with the Steinberg Mastering Edition (dedicated mastering plugins), once you have the means.

I was looking at powercore compact that runs via firewire. Would Cubase
and this combo work without buying wavelabs?
