Cubase 5

From most reports, Cubase 5 seems to be well received. I'm currently an LE4 user and I have a question for those of you using version 5:

Can I set the output of a MIDI track to be a VST?

More specifically I recently bought IK's Miroslav Philharmonik CE...but it's largely useless with Cubase LE4 as I'm not able to set MIDI track outputs into it for playback. I'm wondering if I can do it with Cubase 5.

Thanks

VST no, VSTi yes and with all Cubase versions

With Cubase LE 4 you can do it too. Read the manual.
Load the VSTi in the rack and then you can select it in the inspector.
If you want to transfer it to audio, export the midi file and indicate that the audio file is loaded in Cubase.

This is the no 1 beginners problem. Question is asked already a ziljen times.:D

Cheers.

Higher versions have more options!
