converting wave/mp3 to midi

hi there,

can anyone tell me how to convert a wave / mp3 file to midi? i'm currently using cool edit pro 2. i posted a thred in the cool edit pro forum, but seems to me that cool edit pro can't do that. any specific program that can transfom a wave/ mp3 file to a midi file? please help thanks!
