My apologies, Chronicle...apparently rendering is something you do professionally. I tried building structures for Sim City 4 using gMax and just didn't have the patience for it. Nice work.

I really appreciate all the input everyone is giving me.
And to answer the previous question, there are bedrooms above these 3 rooms and even when I'm playing the drums the noise is minimal. My son even sleeps through it.

So far no-one seems to have made comment on the size of the rooms. It seems to me that the rooms are very small, and with a low ceiling of 6' something, I can easily imagine that it is going to be very difficult to make the space acoustically friendly.
