congrats on making something out of nothing... So Time will tell. He's only been rappin for us for 6 months. before that he never was infront of a mic. So I think he's off to a good start. I'm hoping he adds some social content as he gets going and he's already started to. I love the song I put up but we've recorded at least 3 that are better (and 7 that weren't[still good though])... but those aren't ready for consumption yet.
 
WE CAN STILL HAVE FIVE MORE SONGS FOR THIS CONTEST... so tell your friends and we'll get this rollin.

Considering this is a mixtape track, and something I wouldn't deem worthy of an album, that's pretty good. :D

first of all the beat is hot! The rap had me nodding at the beginning then it started losing momentum around the 1:00 mark overall it's still a cool song.

I know you directed this at Jug but I'll still give you my opinions heh.

Overall, the song is good, not your best, but still good. It's nice to see you flip outside your usual style, props for that.

To be honest here, I've heard you spit better. I was feelin' verse 2 the best. Maybe I'm just used to your style now, I dunno, this sounds "partially" like it came out of Paul Wall's notebook. The song sounds like you dumbed it down from your usual style. Not sure if that was your intent or not, just pointing it out. The hook is catchy and helps mold the track and the beat is on point. Good work.

I think this would have helped more if you had a guest spot on there to kind of spice it up a little bit, hmmm maybe you and Jug (or maybe throw in Hard Target or all three) could do a remix, that'd be tight. I could see both styles coming together on somethin' like that.

Yup. It's just a mixtape track, fam. So I didn't put much time into writing it. Maybe, 30 mins or so?

I don't put a lot of effort into mixtape stuff. And truthfully, double-timing and the rapid-fire flow is a bit more difficult to write, and much more time consuming. :)

I think this is a nice joint, I think some adlibs with someone with an aggressive voice like pastor troy or feind would be the cherry on top of this.
