Connecting Synth to PC

Hello.

I am trying to connect my Korg x-50 to my PC via the A/B USB but when I do I get an error message from Windows saying the USB device has malfunctioned and is not recognized by Windows. Their suggestion is that I "get a new device" :O

I have installed all the drivers and the synth works perfectly fine.

Any ideas? I'm hoping it's something simple because I'm busting to lay some tracks.

Sounds like you need driver software for the device - did the Korg come with a set up CD disc? If not, check Korg's website.
