Connecting cable from control to tracking room

I am new at this and I was wondering how I would connect all the xlr cables from the control room to the tracking room. I am interested in being able to just plug in the cable in the tracking room into the wall so it is hooked up already in the control room. How do i do this?

Yeah, the patchbay or jackplate, and the cables that pass through.
