Condenser mic Behringer C-1 doesn't turn on when connected to Presonus Audiobox

I don't get why the lid on my behringer doesn't turn on when i connect to my soundcard. My Presonus has phantom power and everytime i switch on the 48V button nothing happens to the mic. I am realy frustrated since i tried to make it work for ages and the mic is very new too. I am a real newbie of this forums so i dont know if i posted in the wrong place or did something incorrectly, i'd just like to know how to solve this. Thank you!

Do other condensor mics work with your soundcard ? Do other dynamic mics work ? Did you check if your mics works? (maybe the LED is faulty )

Does the mic not work when you do this? Maybe its just the light?

Yeah....... how do you know the mic isn't working? See if a different mic works.

Just to make sure you are using an XLR to XLR cable ..... right?

Are you certain the phantom voltage is a correct fit?
My INCA card supplies Phantom power but not the correct voltage for 3 of my mikes.
have you tried a diff. preamp with phantom power?
Check the light, check the mic, check the button is the right way in.
Try another mic requiring phantom power etc etc etc.
