Not talking about the new prices-- I figured that would be obvious. I'm also not negative repping anyone (i.e. you) for that. This is jkokura's ad, I'm just saying I believe IMHO, that he should get to price out his own gear.

edit: dirtpy-- nothing personal here, incidentally, not meant as a personal attack on you or anything.
edit 2: However, some of the stuff you priced especially low is the stuff you stated you wanted in the earlier post. This might be because of a little confusion too-- he seems to be listing a delta 1010 (which goes for $400 new on musicians friend), not a delta 1010lt, which goes for $200 (like you posted). If he is listing a 1010lt then I apologize for my error.

those prices (your used ones) are what i was figuring on..

i offered him $500 for the NTK, 4040 and the SM57's.

of course i was leaving room for a counter-offer, where i would have went to $600 shipped.

i retract all offers i have mentioned thus far.

GFY, i'll bargain hunt elsewhere. no one is going to buy your stuff if you dont respond to a single PM, or even reply in your own thread.

Also, I don't think you've done great research... and I usually price things as 60-75% new price depending on market availability and desire (popular items are priced higher) I'll price and link every item I have,and then you'll see why I think 3200 is a good price, if you want.

I actually don't expect it to sell here as a bulk lot. I've got two somewhat positive deals in the works locally in Calgary right now, through local buy/sell ads. Thanks very much to Purge, who pointed out in Bold my request.

I'm sorry for offending you by not returning you messages, but I've been out of town since thursday. If you're impatient, please understand that you're actually being offensive to me. I specifically asked people not to do what you and others have done, and I'm trying hard not to react badly towards you and those others. As a response to you and all others, I'm still holding off on selling all items individually based on the possibility of selling it as a bulk lot. It just makes it easier than keeping track of the 20+ deals that would be involved, and it means I don't get stuck with a bunch of the unpopular (and useless to me) items after all is said and done.

i'm sorry if i offended you, i really was going on an impulse buy. that went away, i decided to pay my existing bills instead...

as for 60-75% off the new price,

most buyers shoot for 50% off new, i know i will go up to 65% at most.

Yeah, because putting dibs on something, awaiting the package to be divided (if ever) is such a harsh, criminal act. Good luck selling anything if something so trivial and meaningless has such an impact on you.

Nope, it's just a bit rude when he specifically asked for people not to do it.

It's annoying when people just ignore you.

If a person is unable to follow a very simple instruction written in plain English I'd have to question their ability to write a cheque without fucking it up anyway and so personally I'd avoid those deals.
 
If you break it up, I'll give you $100 for the lot. You're not gonna get a much better offer for broken equipment.

Apparently some people have nothing better to do than complain. So he asked not to do it, great. People still did it, big deal. Get your panties in a ball less imo. Everyone understood that he was wanting to let it go as a package. People were still interested in case he didn't get any interest in the package. If a retailer acted like that, you people would crucify them. :rolleyes:

Bringing up the fact that it might be a bit rude isn't "getting your panties in a ball". You're right, it's not a big deal, just a bit ignorant (in the literal sense).

Well, it's good to see the forum is still in top shape... I find the familier sound of typing arguers (is that a word?) refreshing.

I hate to let this all go.

I will likely split it up eventually, but if I can sell it all in one go I'm gonna. It's not a big deal if anyone tries to make me an offer, I do appreciate it... I'm just gonna be honest and say that I have the time to sit and wait for an offer on all the gear at once. I'll say again that this isn't the only place I'm trying to sell this stuff, so even if nobody here takes it it might still get sold.
