For anyone who may not be familiar with the original, I urge you to go listen to it, and then listen to this. The vocals are as close to exact as they can be.

I gotta say I was a bit skeptical that this would be a convincing cover simply due to the subject material, but damn, this is an excellent version. Kudos to you both for faithfully rocking a true classic.

yes, actually I've got a time machine which I step into as needs be and as for the cucumber.....ouch!

Really good job both of you !

I've heard this one covered by so many different people/bands. Often the music is well captured, but almost always the vocals miss. Not the case here. You got the whole thing pretty much firing on all cylinders.

Nice colab. Everything was performed well...i hate Led Zepplin and this song (by them) but i figured i would pop in for a review of performance and mix. Mix is stellar, vocal performance is as well. Everything is good, i just never understood what the appeal of LZ was. Nice job guys.

Thanks. I guess the appeal was back in the day. They pioneered (along with Sabbath) heavy rock, some say metal. Back when albums from Zep and Sabbath came out it was a big thing. So its a generation thing to some degree.

I esp. liked the vocal, but the drums were great, too.
It's hard to get a good powerful "open" drum sound.
