Is it OK to post somebody else's stuff, like especially a client's original material?

Good question - although I've seen several posts by people putting up their mixes of bands they record for review. At the very least, I would get the ok from the band to post it here and check to see if they want to copywrite it first maybe.

I asked beforehand yes ;)

Could you maybe give me hint?
I'm trying to aim for a blinkish 182 like sound ;)

Bloor, I heard this last night. It's really hard to comment on, because you want comments on the "mix", which I assume means that you don't want comments on the playing. Problem is, the playing is so bad that it affects any perception of the mix I might have. That's not a slight at you, but man, the playing is so loose and bad that even George Martin would have trouble making this sound coherent.

I couldn't have put it better. And I guess that this excerpt is going to have guitars and vocals in it once it's done, right? So I think there's no point in evaluating a "mix" that's not even half complete.

Well I just didn't want to hear: you recorded THAT sucky or that Snare sounds totally bad or ...

I AM aware that the playing is not very tight but hey I'm glad those kids are taking initiative. You can't expect someone to come in the studio for the first time and play like Travis Barker :P

Nobody's putting down their initiative. You asked for comments on the "recording" you put up. Short of saying "It's so bad words can't desctibe it", there's not much anyone can comment on.
