Plus, why would you want to "duck" overheads anyhow? Sounds like a phasy wishy washy possibility to me:D

Why do you arguing all the time?!
I say it's green and point to like an apple, he say's it's green and points to the trafic light..? :)

I have the same problem that CalariasDead has.!
Either Calarias is Dead or won't say- if it's just 'clipped' or actually sounds bad.
Probably sounds bad 'else why ...
But my both overheads are clliped. I don't know what to do except of recording just cymbals once again.!
Like the man said, most of the options got laid out on the first page of this thread.
Help us and don't dissgusing about duckin cause it didn't made any good!
I've had good luck taking small slices out with automation, never tried ducking. Is it fast enough? I don't know. I do know doing a bunch of them with envelopes isn't.
..fast enough. ;)

Bollocks.

Dig in and fix the problem like a man and don't heed the nonsense of those who dare not face a trying task of their own design. This is easy to fix and you won't mess up your soundstage by using the left only overhead.
I think you would've been OK had you stopped right there. But you had to go on and spew "bollocks" as you say.
