Click track through headphones

How would I go about getting the click track to run through headphones for recording acoustic guitar/drums? I'm not sure how to route the metronome and playback through the various device setups etc. in order to achieve this. I'm using a MOTU 8Pre slaved into a MOTU 828MKII, running Cubase SX3.

If you go to Devices > VST Connetions you will see a list of the device ports and where there are routed to in Cubase. There is a column that says click and where you can set which buses you want the click track to be routed to.

I'm not seeing any column in VST Connections labeled "Click"; I've looked all over the place

Ah sorry i'm using Cubase 4. Hopefully an SX user will be able to help but in the mean time check the manual.
