I think it's sounding pretty good...I like that you haven't tried to hide the vocals. I think they could be a bit drier, so they are more in your face. What have you done to them so far?

Hey Dogman...I have 2 tracks of the lead vocal...the main one has the classic delay vocal slapback preset and classic compressor vocal preset on it...the second track is a copy o fthe lead vocal track, with the classic reverb plug on with the bathroom(?) preset this track is about 4 db lower then the main vocal.....the backing vox dont have anything on them....
 
The vocals, so far, work REALLY well on the chorus.
Good song - nice contrast in vocal delivery & sentiment.
Keep going - this'll be good.

Cool tune, queepy, love the wah wah. No suggestions - I like it as is....:cool:
 
Nice mix Vman.

Vox sound good though some of the high notes are a little flat.

Rockin bass.
 
rayc,ido1957,XLR : Thanks for the replies , I am going to post my remix shortly of this with a "drier" lead vocal...I hear the flat parts as well...I may try and redo the lead vocal, but I'm kinda afraid I will just create new flat spots with my tone challenged singing :p....
