Christmas present for drummer?

I am trying to figure out what to get my brother (the drummer), and can't afford any new gear he wants, and just got him a bucket o' sticks (100 pair) for his birthday.

Any great CDs and DVDs would be helpful since that is usually the only thing us poor college musicians can afford. Thanks for any help.

Set him up with new heads........

If I were in the situation where I couldn't afford any new gear, the last thing I would want is a DVD... I would say get me a set of heads for my drums.....

You could cover all the drums with good batter heads for about $40



I remember in highschool having an old drumkit and being broke... At Xmas time I would ask for new heads and sticks and tuning keys and shit like that..
