Checking on acoustic sound

If anyone has a few minutes I wouldn't mind some feedback on my acoustic sound. OpenG1 is through my AT4033 and Joe Meek pre, while OpenG2 is straigh into my mixer bypassing the Meek.

Any feedback on which one sound's better for open tunings is kind of what I'm looking for. I've got a fair amount of material in different tunings, mostly open and hate to do much work without some kind of feedback.

Derek,

I listened to them both through some Event Studio 8's and my preference leans toward the open g1 . Not sure why though, they both sound very close to each other. Both sound good by the way....
Hopefully that's some help.

Hey thanks Jason....

G1 is through my Meek preamp and I'm running it with some compression and the Meek EQ. I've been tweaking with the preamps settings and I'm leaning toward using it for my acoustic work. I kinda wished I had another preamp to try but it's not a high priority. I like the Meek but I mainly use it for vocals. I think before another pre I'm going to get another acoustic. I';m using an Ovation legend (which I do like) but I would really like an all wood instrument too. My recording buddy has a Larivee which is awesome!
