Ok gang, here goes: Spectre Sound 2.0

It's a 20' by 24' concrete block garage, and we'll be using John's "Corner Control Room" design. I just moved last Friday, and only found my camera today. Hopefully construction will begin in the next couple of weeks, right after I finish unpacking.


I'll keep everyone posted with pics & comments throughout.

Here's a pic from the front. One of the first things we'll be doing is to remove the garage door and replace it with a staggered-stud wall.

Brick and block already has a good STC. If you follow John's designs, those neighbors will never hear you!

That's the idea. The drum room (which will be the loudest part) will be the farthest from the neighbour's house.




BTW, I just got a call from my friend who is bringing over his floor plan. I'll be sure to post it and get some feedback.
