Changing 220V/50Hz into US current

Just got my Valley People TR806 rack ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2537616626&category=23793 ) this day from the US and saw that it only works with US current.

How do you guys do to run stuff like these on 220V/50Hz. Think I've seen some kind of external transformer once.

You need a step up / step down transformer.
