Catchy Pop Rock Instrumental... Opinions?

Is that natural room sound on the intro guitars? Sounds pretty cool. When that part comes back in after that little delay riff it's too loud. I think you should automate the volume so that it's quieter the rest of the song. The acoustic guitar sounds D.I.ed and dark. I'd advise you either mic it, or bring the highs back in and cut out the harsh freqs.

Are there going to be vocals?

Thanks for the feedback! All the guitars are actually recorded using an Ibanez Universe UV777 with Guitar Rig 4, including the bridge acoustic sound. But yeah, i was thinking the intro riff should be quieter as well. I eq'd the bridge guitars to bring the highs out, but i will bring out more highs and see how it sounds.

As for vocals, yes there will be some. A song like this can't survive without vocals. I plan on making some, but i'm not the best singer, so hopefully it doesn't turn the song sour haha. I will repost when i'm done and hopefully it sounds good. :)
