I have a CASIO WK-1500 keyboard that has built in recording and playback. I have lost the manual and would like to find out how to record a song in the internal memory. If someone has the manual or knows the button sequence needed to record/playback/erase I would greatly appreciate it.

I actually tried CASIO before coming to this site. Unfortunately, the manual for the WK-1500 is not available on the Casio site and the manuals there are for versions that have very different design (mostly due to being newer) and are not cross compatable from what I was able to tell. Still looking!! (but thanks for trying anyway - it is very appreciated) :)

I finally decided to READ the Spanish version and translated it: Here are the instructions (basic version)
1. Set up the keyboard like you would to manually play the song
2. Press the SONG MEMORY button until you see the REC message in the presentation window.
3. Use the NUMBER PAD to select the SONG MEMORY to record into (0 or 1) (There are 2 of them available)
4. Press the TR1 (Track 1) button to select track to hold the sound
5. Press the START/STOP button to start the actual recording session
6. Manually play the entire song so it will be recorded.
7. Press the START/STOP button again to stop the recording session

I forgot to include the PLAYBACK instructions:
1. Press the SONG MEMORY button until you see the PLY message in the presentation window.
2. Use the NUMBER PAD to select the SONG MEMORY to play back from (0 or 1)
3. Press the TR1 (Track 1) button to select track that holds the sound
4. Press the START/STOP button to start the playback of the song.
5. Press the START/STOP button to stop the playback of the song.

Hopefully these sets of RECORD and PLAY instructions will help anyone who still has a CASIO WK-1500 Keyboard
