Casio WK-1300 HELP!

How do I use the mixer on my new keyboard? I cant figure it out. Please give me detailed instructions how i can record a couple of tracks one on top of another..the manual says i can record 16 tracks? is that possible? i want to add tracks that are in different tones and i want to be able to pan them as well. PLEASE help me out. Thank you!!
 
I think Buck62 recently bought one of these. He should be able to help you, if no one else can.
