I guess we can just group Glen in with the other no nothing, spam other peoples knowledge, trolls that have been in here in the past. I've never met anyone who doesn't like to show off their work good or bad. Especially if they are claiming to be experts.

Yea, but Hangdawg ...

Why don't you answer the dang questions ? ? ?

WHY won't Fordvan admit he's really Chessrock?

WHERE has he worked?

WHY won't I (Chessrock) finish this one web page I never got around to ?

WHAT program do I REALLY use for recording? And why don't I come out and just say it's Crystal ? ? :D :D

HUH ? ! !

AND HOW ABOUT YOU, HANGDAWG? ...

WHY do you REALLY call yourself Hangdawg? Is it because you go around hanging animals? Don't you know that's a punishable offense? ! ! !

:D :D Are you ever going to admit that you're really that kid on Youtube with the makeup who says: "I like Turtles." ? ? :D :D

Admit it! You can't HANDLE the TRUTH ! ! ! !

Wow, I didn't know you were Ford Van.

I have a whole room in my house for reptiles and turtles so yeah, I kind of like turtles. What's it to ya?;)

It's a completely reasonable, level-headed, coherent request.
And his isn't? I don't actually agree with his questions, as you will see, I have told him to stop, etc. But i also don't agree with your request.

I'm going to finish my website this weekend and maybe have some links to work I've done with cubase and reaper at the only studio I've ever worked at (mine).

Now, I should be eligible to hear some southside sweetness?

Can you honestly tell me with a straight face that asking someone to post an MP3 ... ON A HOMERECORDING BOARD ... is somehow just way out there ? ?

I suppose on an amateur photographer web site, it would be totally out of left field to post pictures ? :D

Now ... in regards to Glen's questions ... can you like, translate them for me or something? Because it all sounds like jibberish to me. Much appreciated.

It's not "way out there", but when they say no, to continue to ask for 2years is. Just read his questions slowly and you'll get it. It's in english, so it shouldn't be too hard. If you work it out, are those questions really "way out there"?

Well ... it is in English.

I'll at least give you that much.

Alright, here are my answers:

1) Because of the nob-tobby in the clap-tapper. When the nob-tobby is in the clap-tapper, it should be obvious to a block-tobbler with a wing-dinger in the blap-tasmer. That is why the fan-tasmer is doing the blinkety-blinkety.

2) See above.

3) The shoo-shimmy is very conducive to the groovity glimmy. Every clip-clop in the shimmy-timmy is just a small piece of the flop-top. Be a groove-gobbler and all the clod poddlers will follow.

Here are some examples of my shiny lobsters, by the way. Hope you enjoy!

Very childish, but anyway, the mp3s sound decent for a home recordist, imo.

I'm sure they sound great on your computer speakers.
Haha, my computer speakers?! I know they are certainly not the best monitors, even for budgets, but i do have Alesis M1 mkII actives. They are a start at least. :p

All 20 seconds worth of whatever you've managed to listen to during the half minute since I posted my links. :D

How's things in Scotland?

I've listened to quite a few of the songs you posted. Maybe half a dozen or so.

Things are fine for me here in Scotland, thanks. Just about to head out for some beer and a movie. :D

I must say though, just before the bass starts in dollar life song 2, you can hear a slight pop and hiss, as recording starts. Not good, especially that it's so easy to sort.

Uh oh!

Damn. It's ruined.

(that one kinda' sucks anyway :D)
I quite liked it. Especially the tight snare sound(I'm a drummer). I'm quite surprized you didn't notice the pop. I mean, i noticed it on my "computer speakers", and they're quite quiet 'cause it's 8.40pm and my parents are watching tv in the next room. It was the first thing i heard, 'cept, of course, the hats.
